Noah's Pudding events have been a tradition of Foundation for Inter-Cultural Dialogue. According to the traditional story, Prophet Noah cooked a meal with a little bit of everything left in the ark after flood. To commemorate this event, Anatolian people cook a dessert named Noah's Pudding (Ashure) according to the moon calendar, and share it with family, friend and neighbors.  read more »
